Return Policy
Returns are permitted under specific conditions. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when they were received, unused and unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. However, some items are not eligible for return, including those marked as final sale, gift cards, custom products, gifts with purchase.
The return period is 30 days from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the return process will commence once the returned items have been inspected. Please note that customer funds may be temporarily held to verify the receipt of returned items and confirm their eligibility for a refund. This measure is in place to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized returns and to ensure a fair process for all.
